The South African Heritage Resources Agency (SAHRA) hereby invites suitably qualified service providers to submit quotations for the administering of rental and debt collections from tenants occupying the properties owned by the South African Heritage Resources Agency (SAHRA). Currently the following properties are available for a non-managed lease mandate: i) Dal Josafat Farm: situated in Paarl, Western Cape. 9 Buildings are leased to tenants. ii) Welcome Cottage: situated in Glencairn, Western Cape. 1 Building is leased to a tenant. iii) Hotagterklip Fisherman’s Cottages: situated in Struisbaai, Western cape. Potentially 9 cottages to let for short stay. iv) Old Gaol: situated in Grahamstown, Eastern Cape. Portion of property leased to a 1 tenant. v) 2 Additional properties situated in the Eastern Cape may be included at a later stage.

Quotations must be placed in the Tender Box located at: SAHRA’s Head Office, 111 Harrington Street, Cape Town, Tel: 021 462 4502. Quotations can be emailed to [email protected] No late Tenders will be accepted.
SAHRA reserves the right to waive deficiencies in project proposals/quotations. The decision as to whether a deficiency will be waived or will require the rejection of a project proposal/quotation will be solely within the discretion of SAHRA. A valid original Tax Clearance Status pin, issued by the South African Revenue Services, must be submitted or CSD Report. The tender should be valid and open for acceptance by SAHRA for a period of 60 days from the date of submission.
