Bid documents containing detailed terms of reference will be available on the 11 June 2021; 08h00 – 16h00 week days, from the Budget and Treasury offices (Finance Office) at No. 44 Cathcart Road; Komani.
Payment of a non-refundable fee of R 300.00 (either in cash or by means of a bank guaranteed cheque made payable to the Chris Hani District Municipality).
Completed bid documents are to be placed in a sealed envelope clearly marked the Bid number and Project Name and must be deposited in a bid Box situated at Chris Hani District Municipality, No. 15 Bells Road; Komani no later than the specified date above at 12h00 at which all bids will be opened in public.
