Formal written price quotations are hereby invited from suitable service providers for the provision of debt collection services. Scope of works: • Taking legal action against debtors for the collection of Municipal debt; • Representing Council in court, as part of the debt collection process; • Taking the necessary action against debtors placed under administration or debt review; • The ability to trace debtors as part of the collection process, may be requested, provided that this service is supplied on a “no trace no charge” basis.

Duly completed quotations must be enclosed in a (separate) sealed envelope and endorsed with the relevant quotation number and description on the envelope/s. The sealed quotations must be placed in the official quotations box of the District Municipality’s offices at 29 Du Toit Street, Stellenbosch.

All prospective bidders must ensure that they are registered and accredited on the CWDM’s Supplier Database and the Central Supplier Database, prior to the closing date of the quotation.
